Commercial Door & Hardware Installation Lead/Foreman

WE ARE HIRING!!!!
Above the Mark, LLC specializes in door and hardware installations and is looking for experienced carpenters/technicians to work and manage on high-rises, schools, hotels, and hospitals, all the way down to minor tenant improvements and remodels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Full knowledge of plans and specifications for the Door and Hardware Trade.
Experienced in ALL Door Hardware- Function and Installation
Electronic/Digital skills required.
Coordinate and attend jobsite meetings with Contractor and other\ subcontractors.
Manage installation crews.
Maintain paperwork and documentation.
Problem Solving
Must have dependable transportation.
Pass E-Verify
Willing to adhere to all safety requirements. The minimum requirements are a hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and leather work boots.
Safely lift 70 pounds
Produce high quality in a fast-paced production environment.

THE BASIC SKILL OF OUR TRADE:

Timely and Western Integrated frames
Hollow metal frames and doors
Commercial and Residential door hardware of all types
Residential Door & Trim experience is a plus.
Forklift Operation
Material management and stocking
OSHA 10-30

PAY and BENEFITS:

$30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE.
