Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader - Independent Contractor

I am a contractor based in the Gallatin valley that specializes in custom home remodel projects. We do all aspects of home remodel work from demo to the finish work. I am looking for a crew leader and lead carpenter that is familiar with working on custom home remodel projects and that is also proficient with most all aspects of finish carpentry. You must be a certified independent contractor and have current insurance coverage to work on my crew. This position pays $45 - $50 per hour depending on experience levels and leadership qualities. My company does primarily custom home remodel work and we are capable of doing most anything on a house that the client needs. Our work includes entire house remodels, building additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and other assorted projects depending on the clients specific needs. My crew is involved in most aspects of the remodel projects from the demo and prep work to framing, windows, doors, siding, decking, flooring installation, cabinet installation, trim work, wall patching, painting, custom built in units, misc punch list items, and other custom woodworking projects.
I have been a contractor specializing in home remodel projects here in the Gallatin valley for about 20 years and I have a great team of people I work with. I have worked with all of my subcontractors for many years and I have great relationships with them. And I have a couple day to day carpenter / laborers that I have worked with for quite a while as well.
