We specialize in residential service, primarily property management. As we continue to grow, were looking for someone who shares our dedication to quality work, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing:
Perform residential HVAC service, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installs
Work in hot conditions, including attics and rooftops, during Arizona summers
Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Communicate clearly with teammates
Lead service calls and mentor junior technicians as needed
Help grow our private customer base with exceptional service

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
Valid drivers license
EPA certification
Ability to solve problems efficiently
Comfortable working in attics and on rooftops in extreme heat
Strong communication and leadership skills
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with us
