Key Responsibilities
Lead daily jobsite operations on utility, grading, and excavation projects
Supervise, support, and motivate foremen, operators, and laborers

Track and maintain schedules, resolve conflicts, and coordinate workflow across multiple sites
Read and interpret civil plans, staking, and scopes of work
Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met on every job, fill out incident reports, and complete JHA's.
Coordinate with subcontractors (asphalt, concrete, trucking) and vendors
Track material deliveries, equipment use, and job progress reports.
Communicate clearly with estimators, office team, and leadership
Review foreman field reports for accuracy and approve time cards
Help train crew members
Ensure quality standards are being met
What Were Looking For
Minimum of 3 years, prefer 5+ years of experience in civil construction/excavation (senior foreman or superintendent level)
Strong field knowledge of trenching, utility installation, grading, and earthwork
Leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with construction plans, layout, and GPS or laser grading equipment
Tech-friendly (daily logs, time tracking apps, OneDrive or similar systems)
Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
This is a field position, must be ok with being outside on dusty, loud jobsites in all weather conditions. Most of your work will be performed on site, in work vehicle, and in job trailers. Some manual labor will be involved, at times you may be expected to hop in with crews if schedule requires.
