General Labor Decking Company Full-Time Start ASAP

Were a fast-growing decking company looking for a reliable, hard-working laborer to join our crew. If you can show up on time, work hard, and dont need your hand held every five minutes, youll fit in just fine.

What Youll Do:

Assist with deck framing, installation, and cleanup

Carry lumber, tools, and materials

Operate power tools and basic hand tools (or learn fast)

Keep job sites clean and organized

Follow directions and work as part of a team

What We Need:

Some experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly

Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable

Must have reliable transportation

Basic tool knowledge is a plus
