Construction Laborer/Equipment Operator

Small family-owned excavation business is looking for an experienced construction laborer to work in the Rogue Valley. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, reliable and works well with our crew. We are willing to train the right person.

Ability to listen and follow directions
At least one year experience in construction desired, but not required
Experience operating excavation equipment preferred
Knowledge of land survey equipment a plus
Labor intensive position that requires at a minimum: Lifting pipe and blocks, shoveling rock and dirt, operating saws, and other multiple outdoor tasks.
Must have valid driver's license
Pass drug test and criminal background check
