Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a BI Architect in Franklin, TN.

Job Description: Act as a business consultant by leveraging in depth knowledge of the services transformation and business operations to answer broad, complex questions using data. Take data from various business units, harmonize it, and update reporting elements, ensuring consistency and alignment across all geographies and products to support the transformation. Analyze customer landscape data to determine account potential and support sales role decisions, helping identify opportunities for increasing penetration and maximizing business unit saturation. Lead the team through significant change management, ensuring cohesion and unity as new processes and initiatives are rolled out. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of BI platforms, utilizing Tableau for visualization, Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics, and SQL for database management. Provide technical leadership and guidance to BI developers and analysts, offering expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL for efficient data manipulation and visualization. Remote eligible up to 2 dys/wk.

Requirements: Position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in management information systems, or related field with focus in Data and Analytics, and progressive, post-bachelor’s experience (5 years with Master’s or 7 years with Bachelor’s) in business intelligence analysis in sales operations domain, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Analyzing sales data, creating sales reports, optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, providing sales team support, and developing sales forecasts in sales operations domain using knowledge of services sales; Writing and optimizing SQL queries in SQL Server to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases; Building reports and dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders (Tableau or Power BI); Translating complex data into insights using ETL & data blending tools (Alteryx or Informatica); and Developing statistical models or machine learning algorithms (Python, R, or Amazon AWS).
