Heavy Forklift Operator

We are currently in need of a heavy-duty forklift operator to join our Transload team. In this role, you will unload material from a rail car and load in back onto a truck and trailer. You will identify and organize material in the yard and keep accurate documentation. We believe that a clean and organized work area is a safe environment, so you will be required at time to help organize tidy up the work areas along with any other job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• 1-2 years of heavy industrial sized forklift operating experience

• These aren't your typical warehouse forklifts

• Problem solving skills and stellar organizational skills

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in the weather elements

• Must have a strong record of working safely and efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to exert frequently up to 40 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
• The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
