**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder with experience in manufacturing or production environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual inspection, metal grinding, and 1G welding.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks with precision and accuracy, specifically 1G welding on I-Beams.
+ Conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of welded components.
+ Utilize grinding tools to shape and finish metal surfaces.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication projects.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in manufacturing or production settings.
+ Proficiency in visual inspection techniques.
+ Skill in metal grinding.
+ Experience with 1G welding.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs and use hand tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with MIG and flux core welding techniques.
+ Knowledge of blueprint reading and fabrication.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
