Production Operator Must be able to work 1st Shift = 6:00 am - 2:30 pmor 3rd Shift = 10:00 pm - 6:30 am ManufacturingPolymers/GlassMicrospheres Job Description: Operate machinery inmultiple work cells, including spray drier, furnaces, screener, mixers,ovens and extruder Complete batch sheets to document production dataPerform simple calculations to ensure quality of product being producedWith training, operate fork lift, man lift, and overhead cranes Work inconfined space environment Follow lock out/ tag out procedures Followall company work and safety rules Troubleshoot potential manufacturingfailures or quality issues Follow escalation process for any concernsRead & interpret Safety Data Sheets & identify hazardous materialsFollow a flexible work schedule, including unplanned overtime Wearproper protective equipment at all times Lift 50 lbs Utilize basic handand power tools Promote Trelleborg values among colleagues and peersProven and Successful Experience Of Minimum 2 years of experienceworking in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred, but wewill train the right person Have knowledge of working with PersonalProtective Equipment such as Tyvek, respirators, safety glasses, and earprotection Have knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Must be able tospeak, read, and write in English Basic math skills \*\*\* MUST BE ABLETO SUCCESSFULLY PASS BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREEN \*\*\*
