We're looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essential, Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical, A Bachelors' degree in construction management, civil engineering, accounting, or a related field is required, Valid Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is a plus, Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software
