P&P Architects, an award-winning firm based in Miami, is looking for individuals to team up on transit, planning, urban design, commercial and institutional projects. P&P has local/regional work as well as large scale international projects.
Desired skills and qualifications:
Degree in Architecture and/or Construction Administration.
Architectural Background.
Experience in Construction Administration.
Pro-active attitude, attention to detail and highly organized.
Extensive Knowledge of Construction Means and Methods.
Knowledge of Building, Life Safety and ADA Codes.
Knowledge of Safety and OSHA Requirements.
Proficient in detailing, construction document, systems coordination, and specification experience
Ability to collaborate in a construction environment.
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of construction managements software. (Procore, Newforma, Microsoft Projects, etc.)
Salary is based on qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, P&P offers healthcare coverage and 401K plan.
