Are you a detail-oriented architectural professional with a passion for turning concepts into reality through precise documentation and technical excellence? Labrador Construction is seeking a Production Architect to join our dynamic team! If you excel at transforming design visions into fully coordinated construction documents and overseeing project delivery, we want to hear from you.

Important Requirement: This position requires you to be a Florida-registered Architect with your own seal.

What You'll Do:

Lead project production - Prepare comprehensive construction documents, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Ensure technical accuracy - Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants to eliminate conflicts and ensure buildability.

Oversee project delivery - Manage production timelines and ensure high-quality documentation throughout all design phases.

Maintain compliance - Ensure that all designs and documents adhere to applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

Support the design vision - Work closely with design architects and project managers to realize creative concepts within practical constraints.

Drive process improvement - Recommend and implement best practices for production efficiency, documentation standards, and quality control.

Coordinate construction administration - Assist in RFIs, submittals, and field observation to ensure the project is built according to plans.

What We're Looking For:

Florida-registered Architect with a Seal (required)

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

3+ years of experience in production and technical design

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software

Excellent coordination and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project priorities

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
