As a Plumbing & Mechanical Estimator , you'll play a key role in impactful commercial projects while working with a close-knit team that invests in your success and celebrates your contributions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing & Mechanical Estimator position include: Minimum of 3 years' experience estimating commercial plumbing and mechanical projects $1M+ Proficiency in Trimble MEP and Bluebeam; other estimating software considered transferable Comfortable preparing cost estimates, conducting material takeoffs, and analyzing drawings/specs Collaborate with vendors/subcontractors and internal teams for accurate bid preparation Provide value engineering ideas and identify cost-saving opportunities Local travel (max 1-2 hours occasionally), with up to 15% time on-site as needed Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in-office Must be highly organized, independent, and effective in client and team communications Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing & Mechanical Estimator position include:

Minimum of 3 years' experience estimating commercial plumbing and mechanical projects $1M+

Proficiency in Trimble MEP and Bluebeam; other estimating software considered transferable

Comfortable preparing cost estimates, conducting material takeoffs, and analyzing drawings/specs

Collaborate with vendors/subcontractors and internal teams for accurate bid preparation

Provide value engineering ideas and identify cost-saving opportunities

Local travel (max 1-2 hours occasionally), with up to 15% time on-site as needed

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in-office
