Maintenance Foreman
Full Time | Days | 8:30am - 4:30pm
** Pay rate between $30-33/hour ** (based on experience)

What will I do as a Maintenance Foreman for The Wesley Community?
+ Works with team to conduct general repair, reconditioning, and refurbishing of the facility, equipment, and systems in use.
+ Instruct the activities of other maintenance personnel in the application of the skills and tools of plumbing, mechanics and general maintenance
+ Assist in scheduling work assignments, preparing work schedules, etc. Order required equipment and parts as required to maintain proper inventory levels.
+ Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc., and submitting such to the Director as required.
+ Assist with management and oversight of the worxhub maintenance software program and assign tickets as necessary. Follow-up on worxhub tickets to ensure they were completed to satisfaction.
+ Monitor maintenance personnel performance and productivity.
+ Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of supervising maintenance tasks.
+ Implement recommendations from the Infection Control and Safety Committees as directed/necessary.
+ Assist in the orientation and training of maintenance personnel.
Maintenance Foreman Requirements :
+ High School graduation or equivalency required.
+ Technical training in associated field preferred.
+ 3-5 years experience in healthcare environment conducting maintenance work Preferred.
+ Supervisory/Leadership experience required.
+ At least 5 years experience required with reasonable aptitude/proficiency in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting, wall repair, and mechanical and electrical knowledge.
