Position Overview:

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction for high-end custom homes from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. You will manage job site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day construction activities on multiple high-end custom home projectsEnsure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codesCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnelMaintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising qualityConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety complianceCollaborate with the design team, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain clear communicationMaintain accurate job logs, reports, and documentationTrack and manage project budgets and costs, addressing any variances proactivelyRepresent the company professionally to clients, inspectors, and partnersQualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential construction, with a strong background in luxury custom home buildingProven ability to manage high-end, detail-oriented projects from start to finishIn-depth knowledge of residential construction practices, materials, and building codes (Florida Building Code preferred)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plansAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTech-savvy with familiarity in construction management software is a plusOSHA certification or other safety training preferredWhat We Offer:
