This position offers a unique chance to work closely with senior engineers and the operations team, addressing issues that arise during project execution. You'll be on the shop floor, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely shipping of breakers. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by solving complex problems, ensuring quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a dynamic and supportive environment. How you'll make an impact Act as a technical leader for issues arising on the shop floor for customer orders. Generate BOM in ERP for customer orders, working closely with team members. Understand and interpret circuit diagrams and schematics. Review and understand mechanical designs and drawings in 3D design tools like Creo. Collaborate with design and secondary engineers to support testing issues. Address technical queries from the production and testing teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand customer orders. Maintain and update quality notifications for respective projects. Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 4-6 years of experience with high voltage switchgear (66kV and above). Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., IEEE, ANSI, IEC). Proficiency in ERP software is an added advantage. Understanding of manufacturing drawings and electrical schematics.
