About the Role As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and reliable project estimates, budgets, and proposals. You will collaborate closely with project managers and pre-construction teams, contribute to strategic planning, and play a vital part in ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual estimates and accurate project budgets using historical data and market trends. Collaborate with project teams to establish budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes. Prepare bid packages, GMP proposals, and conduct constructability reviews. Perform value engineering and life cycle cost analysis to ensure cost efficiency and schedule adherence. Support design-build coordination, quality control, and project closeouts. Contribute to business development efforts through presentations and interviews. Qualifications Experience : 3-10 years of estimating experience in the commercial construction industry. Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Timberline, OST, MC2, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Excel. Analytical Skills : Ability to assess historical cost data, market trends, and prepare detailed project budgets. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
