Piping BIM/VDC Manager

Join our BIM team on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for creating shop and fabrication drawings for piping systems for our in-house mechanical division. Reviewing submittals, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design intent. Attending coordination meetings with project stakeholders. Producing spool sheets and fabrication tickets for piping assemblies. Setting up Revit views and models for use by the project team. Identifying potential clashes or design issues and proposing solutions. Providing consistent follow-up and support throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D construction documents. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Revit, and other BIM-related software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP). Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional Qualifications 2-4 years of BIM experience in piping or mechanical systems preferred. Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. Must pass background and drug screening as required. Safety-conscious and compliant with PPE and job site protocols. Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
