This position is a central figure in ensuring the seamless progression of our diverse construction and facility projects. This role actively participates in the planning, coordination, and execution phases, driving adherence to established quality standards, schedules, and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key liaison across project teams and stakeholders, taking ownership of critical operational workflows and contributing to project success.   • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and any incidents or changes that occur on site.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the daily workflows, resource allocation, and task dependencies across project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Systematically monitor project progress against established plans, identify potential risks or deviations, and generate comprehensive status reports for Project Management, providing actionable insights and proposed solutions to keep projects on track. Support the project team in budgeting and cost control activities.
  • Serve as a primary communication hub, facilitating effective information exchange between project managers, construction crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Coordinate the entire procurement process, including obtaining quotes, negotiating favorable terms with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery and availability of all necessary materials and equipment to prevent project delays.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
  • Oversee site visits and inspections.
  • Actively track and manage project expenses, identify variances, and contribute to cost control efforts, ensuring all expenditures are accurately documented and remain within established budgetary parameters.
  • Proactively identify and assist in the resolution of operational issues, logistical challenges, or minor conflicts that may arise on-site or within project workflows, escalating complex problems to the Project Manager as appropriate.
  • Assist in the detailed development and active implementation of project plans, strategies, and operational procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices across all initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to new project team members on established project procedures, software usage, and organizational best practices to ensure rapid integration and productivity.
  • Take direct ownership of managing and verifying all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, logs, and compliance records (MICS/TICS), ensuring accuracy, proper archiving, and readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated background of working effectively with others.
  • Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not require supervisory duties.

Qualifications Education And Experience (Must Be Documented)
  • High School Diploma or (GED).
  • Bachelors degree is preferred in related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in construction project administration or a similar role preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in actively managing project components and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements
  • Must pass periodic random drug screens.
  • Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
  • Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
  • Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

The employee is occasionally required use repetitive movements to complete tasks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions, and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

  • Multiple locations.
  • Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours.
  • Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
  • Must be available to work weekend and holidays.
  • Some enterprises are gaming facilities.
  • Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment.
  • Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
