• 5+ years experience working as an Estimator for a general construction firm.
• Experience doing take-offs from on schools, municipal, health care, and retail projects.
• Material take offs, cost estimates, and monitor material prices.
• Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, and materials.
• Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
• Estimate change order requests.
• Excellent communication and written skills
