Reporting into the Senior Director, Digital Analytics & Integration, the Senior Manager, Adobe Architect is accountable for providing strategic leadership, external partnership opportunities and align digital experience measurement across major digital and partner projects and initiatives including digital integration related solution design reference documents, technical specifications, frameworks, and tagging methodologies. Upgrading the reporting capabilities across all enterprise digital properties to ensure clean and consistent tracking. Implementation and maintenance of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), etc. The Senior Manager will be accountable for mentoring and providing an oversight to the delivery and tech teams responsible for proactively implementing data analytics and digital experiences including direct on-site client marketing and personalization initiatives for key products and services across CIBCs enterprise.

How Youll succeed
Digital Analytics and Integration Roadmap - Responsible for the strategic management of tagging, tracking, alerts and data models for CIBC.com, Online Banking, and Mobile App with the objective of delivering a personalized experience to CIBCs digital clients and site visitors. Ongoing, weekly assessment of digital alerts and metrics performance that clearly & proactively highlights dependencies and/or risks to achieving annual targets to the Senior Director, Digital Analytics and Integration and key partners across the enterprise. Proactively identify new digital analytics opportunities to address current or potential gaps. Work with our Tech Partners, Analytics and Marketing teams to support analytics and data platform framework and standards. Furthermore, oversee standards, configurations & governance of Adobe stack covering Analytics, AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA, Target, etc. Driving standards and plans for Adobe Integrations with other partner solutions.
Partnerships - Collaborate with Analytics, Technology and Marketing teams to maintain the standards and architecture of the analytics tagging based on our standard data layer and analyze and consolidate information from multiple data sources (web analytics and offline data) using various reporting tools.
Strategy & Governance - Contribute to the Digital Analytics and Personalization roadmap and strategy to support and deliver key strategic activities and milestones including rollout and maintenance of AEP and CDP platform. Provide authoritative framework for tracking and data analyses, interpretation, and opinion to support and guide business partners, executive management and client groups, ensuring an understanding and acceptance of analysis to effectively influence decision making.
Who You are
You have a University degree in business, math, marketing, finance, information management, statistics or related field, and/or equivalent work experience (Masters is an asset).
You have a strong understanding and can demonstrate work experience in digital analytics (Adobe, Google, etc.) that support digital by providing detailed framework including third-party SDK integrations, digital tagging and tracking, campaign tracking, audience and segmentation planning, A/B testing, and client journey personalization & optimization tactics optimization.
You have strong analytic skills including a track record of making recommendations based on data driven business insights. Strong influencing skills sufficient to shape the decision-making process in situations involving matters of major business direction.
You can demonstrate exceptional ability to think and strategically analyze financial industry , business dynamics, customer preferences and behaviors with an excellent understanding of digital industry trends including digital marketing eco-systems that leverage multiple data points to support real time testing, personalization, and optimization.
