Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Agriculture

Equipment Service Foreman to lead and coordinate daily service

operations within our equipment shop. This role focuses specifically on

agricultural equipment (conveyors, stalls, pumps, mattresses, barn

cleaners, etc.), excluding trucks or heavy-duty road vehicles. The ideal

candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and

the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure a high level of

service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of agricultural

equipment technicians and apprentices in shop and the field Schedule and

assign repair, maintenance, and inspection tasks based on skill level

and job urgency Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in

agricultural equipment Provide technical support, guidance, and hands-on

assistance as needed Ensure repair quality and compliance with

manufacturer standards and safety protocols Communicate with customers

and service advisors regarding timelines, repairs, and updates Monitor

parts inventory and assist with ordering as needed Maintain accurate

service records, work orders, and reports Promote a clean, organized,

and safety-focused work environment Coordinate with management on

staffing, workload, and training needs

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience servicing agricultural equipment

and leadership roles Prior leadership, crew lead, or supervisory

experience in a shop & field environment preferred Strong understanding

of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Proficiency with

diagnostic tools and manufacturer service software Ability to multitask

and adapt in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication,

organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver\'s license

required; CDL a plus but not necessary High school diploma or

equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred \*\*\*\*\*
