Senior Product Operations Manager - Platforms (Job Req #2025-281)

  • Ross Video
  • Ottawa, Ontario
  • Full Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic HCS Platforms team. Working with the Technical Product Managers (TPM’s), other Product Operations Managers (POMs), and the Marketing Product Managers (MPM’s), the POM helps manage and drive each project from concept to release, navigating the product through manufacturing and product launch to market.

The Product Operations Manager (POM) is a central connector across engineering, product, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams. Beyond tracking schedules and project deliverables, the POM plays a key role in driving clarity around the 'why' and 'what' of each initiative — surfacing assumptions early, facilitating continuous feedback loops, and helping teams align quickly and stay bought in. The POM champions cross-functional coordination not just as a task, but as a value stream — creating transparency and ownership that helps products ship with fewer surprises and better adoption.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in project management and experience in managing product within a hardware and software release environment. This person will have excellent communications skills and will be capable of influencing without absolute authority (internal positioning and selling). Along with their extraordinary organizational skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate high EQ abilities.
