**Title:** Finishing Painter
**Shift:** 1st
**Schedule:** Monday Thursday, 6 AM 4:30 PM
**Location:** Lafayette, TN
**Compensation:** $24.00 $28.00 per hour
**Position Overview:**
Join our team as a Finishing Painter, where you'll prepare and apply finishes to various materials, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.
**Duties:**
+ Prepare painting surfaces and mix/apply paints and finishes.
+ Efficiently plan and prep work, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
+ Calculate materials and time needed for tasks.
+ Maintain equipment, including cleaning and setting air flow.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Understanding of quality standards, raw materials, and team dynamics.
+ **Industrial Setting**
+ Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change.
+ Competency in operating and controlling equipment.
+ **HVLP Spray Gun**
+ Ability to follow directions and interpret documentation.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
