**Job Description:**

+ Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases ofthe environmental engineering work

+ Develops environmental systems, applications, andprocedures

+ Conducts environmental engineering studies and preparesenvironmental impact reports for new construction projects and permits

+ Provides technical assistance and interacts with project functions,the client, and regulatory agency inthe resolution to regulatory issues andindustry codes and standards

+ Ensures compliance with government regulations and keepsabreast of new environmental engineering policies andtechnologies

+ Supports engineering and project management in understanding and applying regulatory requirements, based on permits and legislation

+ Develops execution strategies and planning for project permitting

+ Ensures that regulatory approvals are in place to support project execution

**Qualification:**

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) environmental and 3 years of relevant experience

**Knowledge and Skills:**

+ Familiarity with environmental legislation and industry codes & standards affecting standard design, quality, or processes

+ Experience with regulatory requirements and approval processes with, USACE, PHMSA, USEPA

+ Knowledge of technical theory, engineering principles, good engineering practices and how to apply them to design execution

+ Working understanding of major project delivery, including the design process and typical project design deliverables

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
