We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: ***This position requires relocation to Kwajalein atoll in the Marshall Islands in support of construction site there. Job Description: Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of the environmental engineering work Develops environmental systems, applications, and procedures Conducts environmental engineering studies and prepares environmental impact reports for new construction projects and permits Provides technical assistance and interacts with project functions, the client, and regulatory agency in the resolution to regulatory issues and industry codes and standards Ensures compliance with government regulations and keeps abreast of new environmental engineering policies and technologies Supports engineering and project management in understanding and applying regulatory requirements, based on permits and legislation Develops execution strategies and planning for project permitting Ensures that regulatory approvals are in place to support project execution Qualification: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) environmental and 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with environmental legislation and industry codes & standards affecting standard design, quality, or processes Experience with regulatory requirements and approval processes with, USACE, PHMSA, USEPA Knowledge of technical theory, engineering principles, good engineering practices and how to apply them to design execution Working understanding of major project delivery, including the design process and typical project design deliverables Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
