What You'll Bring to the Team:
• 5+ years of experience in heavy concrete formwork or bridge/dam construction
• OSHA 10 certification (required for all projects)
• A reputation for being dependable, safety conscious, and committed to quality
• A proactive mindset with strong initiative
• A team-first attitude with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt
• Reliable transportation to various jobsites
