- Perform quantity takeoffs, develop estimates, and prepare proposals.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals, order and sequence materials, and provide innovative solutions.
- Assist with project planning, including developing mechanical, civil, and concrete methods, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Manage subcontractor/vendor buyout, commitments, and scope execution.
- Develop project budgets based on current estimates and proposals.
- Assist the Project Manager with Schedule of Values (SOV) development and Owner invoices.
- Estimate and quote extra work, document changes, and ensure extras are tracked and logged.
- Complete and track project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, safety forms, and logs.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop project and look-ahead schedules.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial-focused Superintendent.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with large industrial CapEx projects and renovations in sectors like chemical, food and beverage, power, grain, and agriculture.
- Ability to work with Bluebeam software.
- Ability to be onsite at projects in the Omaha metro
- Experience training direct reports and collaborating with a project manager.
- Strong ability to work directly and effectively within a team.
