In this high-impact role, the selected candidate will lead Supplier Requests for Information (SRIs) tracking and reporting for Rotating Machinery (RM) and Pack under Environmental and Aircraft Control Systems (EACS). This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
What YOU will do:
- Lead SRI burndown to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate efforts that can include engineering changes to address SRIs.
- Create presentations and reports for RM & Pack leadership.
- Act as a liaison between RM & Pack and GETC-PR SRI supporting organization
- Work closely with a multifunctional team to meet defined requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Provide Project Engineering support as needed.

Qualifications you must have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in project engineering, preferably in aerospace or defense.
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, align members with project goals, and drive progress toward milestones.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including through written reports and verbal presentations. Proven ability to convey project status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and customers.
- Experience creating clear, concise, and well-structured technical documents, reports, and proposals, including requirements, design details, and testing procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project), with the ability to create detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and project tracking documents.
