This role requires a strong foundation in classical Project Management, including action tracking, status reporting, task monitoring, risk management, and professional meeting conduct. Success in this position relies on exceptional interpersonal skills, as you'll collaborate with teammates to solve challenges, drive progress, and facilitate cross-functional teams. You will also independently manage project plans, track status updates, and oversee action items to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. This position will be at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. What YOU will do: Support the Mission Systems Team, assisting in project execution and coordination. Manage Supplier Request for Information (SRI) processes, ensuring timely responses and accurate data tracking. Apply Project Management principles, including action tracking, status reporting, task monitoring, and risk management. Maintain project plans, status updates, and action items, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for documentation and reporting. Qualifications you must have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
