We are looking for someone special. You will be trusted to execute work, and be responsible for overseeing all elements of the job in the field including:
1.Subcontractor coordination.
2.Maintaining a clean, safe jobsite.
3.Assuring materials, tools, and supplies and available at the job when needed.
4.Meeting schedules and coordinating inspections.
5. Train junior team members.

Ten years of commercial construction experience is preferred.

You will also be working in our commercial property services division that handles repairs and special projects for our clients.
