Skilled Carpenter/ Framer

Opening for carpenter at high end modular home builder. Looking for a skilled carpenter. Need someone proficient in framing, exterior siding, window and door installation, and has significant knowledge of the construction industry. Attention to details is a must! Should be able to read blueprints, sketches, and construction plans. Should be able to follow direction easily. Also, must be able to move heavy materials and tools around the warehouse.

*Not looking for an apprentice or laborer.

- Must be a team player but be able to work independently when needed. Should be able to multitask. Will be called upon to do different task throughout the day.
-Keep a clean work environment and clean up at the end of day. May include sweeping warehouse.

- We work inside a warehouse 90% of the time and occasionally do site work around Brevard county.

-Clean worksite. No drugs or drinking on the jobsite.

Pay dependent on work experience. Paid time off
