Production Associate/Operator | $19-22+HR**
**Job Description**
The Production Associate will oversee the production line, producing various fasteners for multiple automotive companies. The role involves performing visual inspections and quality checks on finished products, unloading hoppers, preparing boxes for shipment, and using RF scanners to track outgoing inventory. Additionally, the Production Associate will load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors, perform minor maintenance on machines as needed, assist with other production tasks, and ensure all job duties are performed safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**

**Work Environment**
The work environment is an extremely clean facility with 180 total employees across Ohio and Michigan sites, with Ohio being the larger location. The position offers 1st shift hours from 7am-3:30pm or 9am-5:30pm for Quality Department roles, and a 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
