3rd Shift Machine/Forklift Operator $23/hour**
**Job Description**
You will be responsible for the operation and understanding of various packaging machinery, including palletizers, strapping machines, wrapping machines, forklifts, and overflow of production. Your role will involve performing short cycle, repetitive, and control operations of equipment, maintaining set patterns of products to ensure high quality output, and inspecting for quality defects. Additionally, you will perform minor adjustments to machinery and maintain standard production objectives while ensuring the housekeeping of assigned areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and understand packaging machinery such as palletizers, strapping machines, and forklifts.
+ Perform short cycle, repetitive operations of production equipment.
+ Maintain set patterns of products to achieve high-quality output.
+ Inspect products for quality defects.
+ Perform minor machinery adjustments.
+ Maintain standard production objectives.
+ Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in manufacturing or industrial experience (2+ years).
+ Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull over 50 lbs.
+ Capability to stand, walk, and move for 12 hours.
+ Willingness to learn and become certified in forklift operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Industrial or manufacturing background of 2+ years.
+ Willingness to wear steel-toed shoes and hearing protection.
+ Commitment to obtaining forklift certification in the future.
