We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate all building maintenance activities at our Anaheim facility. If you're a hands-on leader with experience in facilities maintenance and working with contractors, this may be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general building maintenance and repairs
• Schedule and supervise contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain maintenance records and assist with budgeting

Qualifications:

• Experience in building or facilities maintenance
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance tools
