Maintenance Supervisor

A prestigious, privately held luxury commercial real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of high-end commercial properties in West Hollywood and Santa Monica, with occasional support needed in Malibu. This opportunity has become available as the current supervisorwho has been with the company for over 10 yearsprepares for retirement. The firm is looking to hire a skilled and service-oriented leader immediately, ideally starting this month, to ensure a seamless transition and uphold its commitment to excellence. Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the daily maintenance operations of multiple premier commercial buildings. This individual will supervise maintenance staff and vendors, manage work orders and preventative maintenance, and ensure prompt and professional response to tenant needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks across several properties. Prioritize and manage work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Supervise vendors and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Respond to tenant concerns and building emergencies with urgency and professionalism. Monitor building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for optimal performance. Manage supplies and maintenance inventory. Support capital improvement projects and property upgrades as needed. Candidate Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong working knowledge of building systems and general facilities maintenance. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to customer service in a high-end or luxury environment. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
