Roofer / Crew Lead

As our company continues to grow, were looking for a skilled Residential Roofer who can take on the role of Crew Lead and help us deliver top-notch results on every home we touch.

Position Summary:

Were seeking a dependable and experienced Roofer / Crew Lead to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with various residential roofing systems and a strong ability to lead a small team on-site while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems

+ Supervise and direct a crew of roofers on job sites

+ Coordinate daily work tasks and job flow to stay on schedule

+ Communicate effectively with homeowners and company management

+ Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and manufacturer specs

+ Uphold all safety procedures and ensure crew members follow them

+ Train new or less experienced roofers on best practices

+ Maintain a clean and organized job site

What Were Looking For:

+ 3+ years of residential roofing experience

+ Experience leading or managing a roofing crew

+ Strong knowledge of residential roofing tools, materials, and techniques

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills

+ A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

+ Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions

+ Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical demands of roofing
