Construction Laborer

Location: Shady Cove, OR

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: Starting at $18-$20/hour (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to assist with day-to-day tasks on residential and light commercial job sites. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in the construction industry while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You'll work under the supervision of experienced leads and gain hands-on experience across a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction and handyman duties

Follow direction from crew leads and supervisors

Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Ensure job site cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines

Support team members with prep work and site setup

Requirements:

6 months+ of construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred (Willing to train the right candidate.)

Willingness to learn new skills and take instruction

Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools

Dependable with reliable transportation to job sites

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
