This includes cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Job Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Develop and manage tendering processes, including preparation of bills of quantities.Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.Evaluate and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.Manage change control and assess variations.Support project planning and scheduling from a cost perspective.Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Membership in a professional body such as RICS, CIQS, or equivalent is preferred.Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT).Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The annual salary for this role is $105,000- $115,000Additional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveRRSP with company matchBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
