General Laborer (Direct Hire)
Location: Wixom, MI 48393
Pay: $25 - $28/hour
Schedule: Full-time | On-site
Are you a hands-on worker with a background in electrical wiring and warehouse experience? We're hiring a General Laborer to join our team in Wixom! This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and long-term stability.
In this role, you'll assist with a variety of tasks in our shop, including assembly, wiring, shipping/receiving, and general shop support. We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and has an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Load, unload, and move materials using manual or powered equipment
Wire electrical pump houses (must have wiring experience)
Assemble components accurately using hand/power tools, per blueprints and schematics
Verify dimensions and specifications of assembled parts
Support machine operators and welders as needed
What We're Looking For:
Electrical wiring experience (ideally working toward a Journeyman's license)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Hi-Lo experience preferred
