Job Summary

To support the District Ranch projects as well as other projects in the District.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three years experience in maintenance areas such as

plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, mechanics, carpentry, grounds maintenance, locksmithing.

Familiarity with maintenance materials.

Valid CA driver's license required.

BENEFITS: The district contributes toward the cost of health and welfare benefits (medical, vision, dental, and life). The position is covered by the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), and the district and employee contribute. The employee's contribution is tax-deferred. A collective bargaining unit covers the position.

HOLIDAYS/LEAVE: Fourteen paid holidays, two paid floating holidays, up to 12 days of sick leave & vacation leave per year
