Brief Summary about the Role:
The role involves working as contract manager, responsible for managing all end-to-end contracts between Wipro and Abbott. The candidate should have at least 6+ years of experience in managing IT MS contracts with a proven record of stakeholder management, CSAT, Project Management, Financial acumen, people , and project management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding of MSA and SOW of IT Infrastructure and app Services in a MS model
Stakeholder management - Act as a bridge between Legal, Wipro, Customer, and TPA
Excellent Communication Skills as this is a customer facing role
Good understanding of Commercials and Financial contract management.
Good experience of contract change request management
Lead stakeholder management and work as a bridge between Wipro and customer supplier management office
Understand MSA, SOW between Wipro and customer and help delivery team in interpreting the contract and assist them accordingly
Coordinate between delivery and legal team to help understand the contractual position in case of any dispute and also independently work with customer to resolve such issues on a case to case basis
Execute contract change notes
Vet SOW drafts prepared by delivery team for new projects and ensure overall accuracy and consistency with MSA terms
Assist Audit, Compliance, Risk & Legal teams by fulfilling requests for any contract documents, and resolve contractual queries
Provide all contract administration for the time-phased contractual commitments to assure fulfillment of Wipro deliverables including timely submission and client sign-off on a monthly basis
Coordinate the collection and publishing of the monthly performance reports, other reports as per contract
Responsible to upkeep of contract repository
Manage overall risk and compliance along with compliance lead to ensure no contractual gaps
Responsible for SOW compliance and ensuring Wipro is adhering 100% contract compliance
Manage the monthly invoice and all account billing and reporting functions in accordance with procedures agreed with customer
Provide all SLA credit tracking and Earn back in accordance with procedures established with customer
Implement and manage financial system for account including time recording, labor reporting, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning
Provide all financial reporting to customer, in accordance with the contract pricing commitments
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$90,000] to [$110,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
