COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

An established, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? This company serves markets including, but not limited to: retail, restaurants, multi-family, car washes, hotels, banks, etc.

Pay- $120k-160k DOE + Great Benefits!!

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry

Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion

Ability to manage and run projects $15M+

Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

Ability to identify and solve problems

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience building healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, or multi-family
