Responsibilities Manage residential projects involving the installation of impact windows, doors, and shutters Read and verify precise jobsite measurements Order products (windows, doors, shutters) based on accurate measurements and specifications Coordinate schedules with homeowners, installation crews, and logistics teams Oversee delivery, staging, and installation activities Ensure all work meets company quality standards and homeowner expectations Troubleshoot project issues and provide timely resolutions Conduct final walkthroughs and manage punch lists to close out projects Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in residential construction or home improvement Strong knowledge of impact windows, doors, and shutter systems Skilled in reading blueprints, verifying measurements, and ordering custom products Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools, Lead Perfection preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities in a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Work Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant experience.
