Pay: $20 $22/hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do:

+ Strip and clean concrete forms and finished products

+ Prepare steel molds for concrete pouring

+ Perform basic carpentry tasks as needed

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Support facility upkeep and assist with other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

+ Experience in construction, concrete work, or general labor

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

+ Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment

Work Environment:

+ Shift : Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

+ Labor-intensive, industrial manufacturing setting-ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work

+ Steel-toed boots and safety gear required (provided upon conversion)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 $22.00/hr.
