Job Opportunity: Concrete Laborers & Cutting Specialists (Boise, ID) We're seeking motivated individuals to join a well-established concrete cutting team in Boise. About the Role We're hiring for multiple positions including: Concrete Cutters Wall Saw Operators Wire Saw Operators Flat Saw Operators Core Drillers Demolition Crew Members Heavy Equipment Operators Whether you've worked on residential projects (like cutting windows in foundations) or large-scale commercial sites (temples, dams, nuclear facilities), there's a place for you here. No concrete cutting experience? No problem we're willing to train the right candidate. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in construction, demolition, or other physically demanding roles Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Ability to describe past projects and responsibilities Comfortable working in dirty, wet, and dusty environments Willingness to learn and operate various tools and equipment Preferred Backgrounds Construction Demolition Military service Farm or ranch work Key Responsibilities Operate or learn to operate wall saws, core drills, flat saws, and hand tools Assist with full building demolitions and renovations Maintain tools and equipment (mechanical skills a plus) Follow all safety protocols and procedures Complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspections Maintain a drug-free, positive work environment Additional Details OSHA 10, MSHA, or other safety certifications are a plus (not required) First day includes full orientation and safety training Steel-toe boots required; all other PPE provided 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity Note: We cannot consider applicants currently or previously employed by Penhall Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
