About the Role
We're seeking a driven and strategic Supervisor to join our Brand Consulting division within a leading sports and experiential marketing agency. This role will focus on sponsorship activation, strategic planning, and client management across U.S. sports properties, with an emphasis on collegiate partnerships.
You will play a key role in the execution of high-impact campaigns and activations, manage cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of sports marketing strategy for major brands.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations (40%)
Lead execution of client sponsorships, partnerships, and marketing activations
Develop negotiation strategies and oversee logistics of events and promotions
Manage internal workflows, ensuring clear communication and effective operations
Track financials and ensure timely contract execution and billing
Client Management & Strategic Leadership (30%)
Act as day-to-day point of contact for clients, rights holders, and vendors
Shape and implement sponsorship strategy to meet client business objectives
Analyze campaign ROI/ROO and recommend measurement solutions
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-level service
Team Development (20%)
Mentor and support the professional growth of junior team members
Set goals, conduct reviews, and foster a positive team culture
Identify and support training needs to drive team effectiveness
Business Development (10%)
Contribute to pitch decks and new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate and refine strategic solutions
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, or experiential activation
Background in collegiate and/or professional sports preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and presenting strategy to senior-level clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours for events
