Forklift Operator Job Description The Forklift Operator will work in both the warehouse and the yard to efficiently pull and prep orders for shipment. The role includes operating heavy-duty forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness in the work area. Responsibilities Participate in daily morning huddles to discuss individual goals and tasks. Pull leftover orders from the previous day and handle urgent orders from the sales team. Operate heavy-duty 8-10,000 lb forklifts to pull orders. Restock parts and maintain inventory organization. Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse and yard. Power wash equipment at 2500 psi to prepare orders for shipment. Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom ordered equipment. Essential Skills At least 3 years of forklift experience.
