General Laborer Job Description Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including pouring, mixing, and patching concrete slabs, as well as manufacturing absorptive concrete walls. Set up pouring stations for molds and assist in bending and tying rebar. Responsibilities Pour, mix, and patch concrete slabs. Manufacture absorptive concrete walls. Set up pouring stations for molds. Bend and tie rebar. Assist machine operators in the production process. Perform cleaning and general labor duties. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and concrete work. Ability to operate machinery. The capability to assist machine operators effectively. Proficiency in performing manual tasks to support production operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
